Email threads

Email threads

Usually when we receive an email that requires a response, we have to answer it to create an e-mail thread, to imply to the other person that we are answering your message and so the other person can see your response in the original email.

E-mail threads provide a clear audit, a chronological order and can be a great help to recipients to remind them of previous discussions. But we must bear in mind that when discussing in a group by e-mail the conversations can be difficult to read so each time a new response is written it has to be meaningful and on the subject being discussed.
