Elements to do a successful Webcast

1. Create content that interest to a specific audience and focus on it.

2. Define upfront what you want to show and speak in the webcast.

3. Choose a time when your target audience will be most able to participle.

4. Letting people know when you going to plan the webcast and send reminders as the date approaches.

5. The key is give to your viewers the best information that they can get only from you webcast.

6. Create a pre and post webcast material, lets to your audience know the topics that you going to speak and provides extra information for those people who came late.

7. Have content running for those who arrive early and those who stay on after the event.

8. If your audience cannot hear you, they will no watch you. Bad audio will lose a viewer faster than bad video.

9. Provide a stream seamless video without buffering time.

10. Have a replay of the webcast availed as quickly as possible allowing those who missed it to view.
